HUGGIE UNION PREPARES MASSIVE MILITARY MARCH (DEC. 30TH), MOBILIZING EVERY SOLDIER

The Huggie Union is preparing the annual 'Huggyo March', a massive military parade that moves from Huggie City to Huggiegrad, then to Souzagrad and Souza City, and finally to Kakoontown. This march was established after HWW3 to commemorate fallen soldiers from past and present wars. The parade itself costs around 100 billion Squigglebacks to execute. Almost every official in the Huggie Union goes to watch the parade, including the Pope! This march was also originally intended to showcase the Huggie Union's military, but crowds often did not attend as much because it was always held on Christmas. So the Huggyo command changed what the march's date was to what it currently is today.

JAMES CITY COUP IN RESPONSE TO LIL HOOG MOUNTAIN INCIDENT

Following the controversy surrounding Lil Hoog Mountain, James City experienced a shift in its political landscape: reports emerged of the James City military presence taking control of key government buildings and communication centers. The event was described by authorities as a necessary response to unrest, but questions arose about whether it was an authentic military uprising or a staged coup operation. The involvement of the entire government in the events remains unclear. Some observers noted that government officials, law enforcement, and military forces appeared to act in concert, leading to speculation about whether the situation was spontaneous or orchestrated behind the scenes. The swift collapse of formal authority and the deployment of military forces raised doubts and fueled ongoing debates. In a notable act, Lil Hoog Mountain was set ablaze, an event that was publicly justified as a move to restore order and prevent further unrest. However, the destruction of the structure, a symbol of free speech and satire, also sparked questions about the true motives behind the action. In the hours that followed, James City was subjected to increased surveillance, propaganda, and repression. The new power structure, whatever its origins, established firm control over the city’s affairs, leading to an atmosphere of uncertainty and tension. LIL HOOG MOUNTAIN OPENS UP IN JAMES CITY

Today, on September 29th, 2025, James City vandalist organization, HOOG (anti-Huggie Organization for Organic Goods), and the acronym obviously being intentionally for the racial slur against Huggies alike, opened up a restaurant called Lil Hoog Mountain, poking fun at the leader of the Huggie Union's ancestry through exotic and strange food items on their menu. The menu featured offensive menu items like spaghetti and pineapple, Soupza (a soup that contained dead raccoon and chopped off cabbage), Pineapple Pizza with a literal pineapple plopped on the pizza dough, Basement Supreme, which was a cake with a layer of a funny image of Souza on the cake's coating, and the Chin Claw Burger (named after a story in which Liam went hours on a e-scooter holding a seltzer in between his neck and chin), which features six patties with premium, rich Aculonian goat cheese on top and Huggie sauce (signature Huggie-owned mustard and ketchup mix, the mold look is achieved through). Liam Souza was absolutely appalled at the creation of this restaurant and ordered the James City police to take it down for defamation. There was no real crime committed in creating the restaurant, as the freedom of speech is somewhat prevalent in James City. The James City Secret Police quietly arrested the owners of the restaurant sometime during dinner closing hours.

HUGGIE SOLDIERS LAND IN SOUTHEAST CORRIDOR ISLANDS

To govern the SECCR (Southeast Corridorian Communist Republic), the Huggie Union has sent 450K soldiers and 2,122 armored vehicles, with another 650K en route across the Bistol Seam ocean. When Liam Souza met online with the Corridorian Parliament yesterday as they are in hiding within the Niatnuom Republic, he said these things, "I do not openly condone the Talisian and Xentian operations in the Corridor Islands, and I believe it is a stretch of fascism over the Corridorian lands, and the gesture of kindness for the Huggie Union to continue diplomatic ties, and to 'cooldown' political tensions, is greatly appreciated, though the means of obtaining said land, were, questionable, fascist, and rather imperial. The Huggie Union openly denounces a possible monarchist Corridor Islands, and denounces foreign intervention in the peaceful islands, as the invasion was unjustified and uncalled for." But did not say anything about creating a new sovereign communist nation and hinted at it staying as a new puppet state for the Huggie Union.

RECONSTRUCTION OF THE CORRIDOR ISLANDS BEGINS

Reconstruction of the Corridor Islands has been commenced by the 'Union Forces', currently by the TXMLC (Talisian-Xentian Marshall Law Council). Adopting a planned infrastructure doctrine, Talus is starting to ship pre-made concrete apartment segments to be constructed, replacing crumbling tenements and primitive huts. As of now, there have been 17 200-person apartments finished, 4 more in construction, and many more waiting to receive modules for building.

CORRIDOR ISLANDS CAPITULATES

BREAKING NEWS: The Corridor Islands have officially surrendered to Xentian and Talisian 'Union Forces' following the invasion of the Corridorian capital. The vice president, Saul Brocker, has claimed "the Corridor Islands have been unable to stop the overwhelming presence of 'Union Forces' within the area." The monarch of Talus, Benjamin Rounsaville, has claimed, "That we shall not harm the people, culture, or economy of the Corridor Islands; we only want to establish a monarchist government and improve the quality of life in the Corridor Islands. Today, I will be giving the South-East Corridor Islands to the emperor of the Huggie Union, Liam Souza, as whatever he pleases. I hope that this will improve relations between the Huggie Union and Talus." What will happen next is unknown, but hopefully not another invasion of the Corridor Islands.

XENTUS AND TALUS TAKE SOUTHEAST CORRIDOR ISLANDS

Talus and Xentus have taken the southeast corridor islands with heavy armor and drones, yes, drones, but not the kind you are thinking of, some Talisian scientists have theorized that think might be a way to guide bombs into enemy trenches and hiding spots. Getting back on topic, the "Union Forces" have suggested an ultimatum, if the corridor islands surrender, they will not imprison any high-ranking officials.

HUGGIE UNION DEPLOYS MILITARY INTO CORRIDOR ISLANDS 

The Huggie union has started to get ready to land into the Corridor Islands, their best strategists think that it will take around 20 days to launch one million soldiers and another 5 days to launch food for the soldiers on their long trip to the Corridor Islands. To speed up this process, Souza has encouraged huggeo civilians to "help the cause and donate your boat today."

XENTUS AND TALUS GIVE OUT FREE MEDICINE AND ELECTRICITY TO CORRIDORIAN PEASANTS IN OCCUPIED TERRITORY

Organized by the "Union Forces", as a part of a plan to rebuild the Corridor Islands, Corridorian Peasants were given power and medical treatment to civilians of any social class in the Isles, Talus and Xentus have also agreed to continue to supply power to the western islands as they continue to advance. Talisian and Xentian soldiers have also said that they will exchange various video game consoles for any firearms in working or easily repairable condition.

BREAKING NEWS: "Union Forces" have broken through trenches and tunnel fortifications on the midway point the eastern islands, causing them to lose any foothold they had on the islands in the east. In other news: protesting influencers are calling out Souza out as he continues to "deny their existence" and claiming that he is the fascist one, not Xentus and Talus. In their best efforts, the Corridor Islands have set up a more sophisticated line of trenches.

XENTUS AND TALUS MAKE LANDINGS IN CORRIDOR ISLANDS

BREAKING NEWS: Over 4 million soldiers from Talus and Xentus have spearheaded beach landings in Eastern Corridorian islands. A naval blockade has also been formed around the northern and western isles. Reports claim that Talisian and Xentian soldiers were able to successfully take the half-century-old coastal bunkers almost unopposed. What this will spell for the Corridor Islands is said to be disaster, as this is its second large-scale war in this decade, with the last one being a Huggie invasion that lasted a year in 2022 and ended in an unsuccessful retreat in 2023. Head of the Union, Liam Souza, who has recently resigned as President of the Huggie Union, has made a comment about this. "My first action under this new grand power is to put an end to this Talisian and Xentian fascism. There is no threat in the Corridors, there is no terrorism in the Corridors. I will work closely with President James Warden to put an end to this nonsense."

SOUZA RESIGNS (A MESSAGE FROM THE HUGGIE UNION)

BIG NEWS: Hello. This is some of the biggest news I will ever be reporting, but President Liam Souza will be stepping down from his current executive role. This begs some important questions that will be answered below. 

Q: Does this mean that Liam Souza will be stepping down from his role as head of Huggiepedia and head of the Huggie Game?

 A: No. Not at all. This means that Liam Souza will not be in his current presidential role in the Huggie Game in the Huggie Union.

 Q: Does this mean that Liam Souza is, like, dead? 

A: No. Liam Souza exists in the Huggie Game and will be answered further below. 

Q: What is Liam doing now?

 A: Liam Souza will become the new Head of the Union, sort of acting as the supreme authority over the union, while a new president, Gene Grieves, will take his place. Here is the Huggie Union's statement:

As of this declaration, the Union of Huggie Communist Republics announces that with full agreement of the Department of Justice, Offices of the Communist Party, House of Representatives of the Union, Senate Council of the Union, and every branch, it creates the new head body council and leadership. The declaration creates the new Head of the Union; whoever is appointed to this position will have complete authority over the union, as a supreme leader for life. The Head of the Union instates a Body of the Union which will work closely with the Offices of the Communist Party. The Body of the Union chooses the Head of Union to be the current and beloved presidential figure, Liam Souza. In place of the president, James Warden will be chosen as the President of the Huggie Union.

XENTUS AND TALUS PREPARE TO AID CORRIDORIAN REBELS

Both Xentus and Talus have agreed to send more aid to Corridorian partisans as well as blockading Huggeo military convoys from supplying the Core Party's new Paramilitary Force, the "Partisanenmorder corps", Satellite footage shows a Talisian Aircraft carrier just 2 miles offshore of the Corridor Islands. Officials in the Huggie Union say that "This could cause disaster in the Corridor Islands" as Willian "Joe" Billie put the somewhat Imperialistic goals of Talus and Xentus.

PARTS OF CORRIDORIA BURN DURING PROTEST

BREAKING NEWS: Large parts of Corridoria were burned to the ground by over 200K protesters, displacing over 500K people, hospitalizing multiple people, and wounding many more. As the Core Party is on the verge of collapse, with its president captured and half of his cabinet in exile. Talus and Xentus are trying to negotiate for the president's release on behalf of the IPKO. Talus is also sending aid to civilians displaced during the storming of the capital. "The police never saw them coming, I was minding my own business drinking coffee and reading the newspaper when I heard hundreds of footsteps coming my way, I closed the paper and leaned over my balcony; I saw people flooding the streets holding banners that said 'DOWN WITH PARTY CORRIDORIA' and 'KILL THE CORES', I could hardly believe my eyes as they marched to the Capital Building and set it on fire. I was scared that they would come and terrorize me and the rest of the people in my apartment and the nearby apartments. Well—I was correct, I was running out of the building the next minute, just before the partisans stormed my apartment with torches and guns. I could barely wrap my head around why they were doing this," a local citizen reported to Talisian Reporters while on his way to live in Talus.

Due to a technical error, Aculon Department of Public Relations Head Adrian Monroe's 47th birthday party invitations (sent through email) went not only to his intended guests, but also to anti-government journalist Clara Hayes. This was likely caused by recent correspondence between Monroe and Hayes, which would not be surprising. As a part of a deal to rebuild the Titan Republic with Eco-Friendly Architecture and more modern nuclear and water treatment Plants, Talus and Xentus have begun payments on over 780 billion Shadistikan Hex on construction and funds gathered to buy Titanazon, the large corporate multinational technology and shopping company, from the Titan Republic. "What this means for the Titanic economy is known, but I sure don't care." This is what William Joe Souza, a cousin of Liam Souza, commented during a press interview on his life at the (Huggyo) Red House.

CORRIDORIAN VETERANS TEACH PROTESTERS HOW TO USE WEAPONRY SENT BY TALUS AND XENTUS

To help protesters defeat the Core Party and its use of the national guard, the Talisian and Xentian governments have sent Assault Rifles and high-rated body armor, as well as some Anti-Tank Rockets, in case the Corridorian National Guard deploys infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs). There is one slight issue with this: most students didn't know how to use the guns effectively. However, 23,582 veterans of the Corridorian Große Armee or Grand Army have agreed to go to campuses and teach the protesters how to aim and shoot the weapons sent by Talus and Xentus as an act of protest. Many IPKO diplomats and officials have called out Talus and Xentus as promoting violence and attempting to win over the side of the young generation. President Souza declared he would be cutting off weapons supplies to the Communist Party of the Corridor Islands (CPCI) as his final part of the 2023 Corridorian-Huggie War Peace Treaty is going into effect.

OVER 1 TRILLION STOLEN IN XENTUS 'ICBM SCANDAL'

As of now, during a health inspection at a defense official's estate, 0.5 tons of '1000 Rial' Notes were found in a hidden compartment. The Xentian Investigation Department has found 6 people guilty of theft after stealing money that Muntasir Mahmood had ordered spent on ICBMs as a part of a defense plan to modernize their defense plan against enemy missiles that the country 'desperately needed', a statement made by Muntasir Mahmood at a public speech. As of now, 6 of them have been found guilty, with their verdicts all being corporal punishment, with a 7th person awaiting trial.

EX-MILITARY CORRIDORIAN VETERANS AND GRANDPARENTS FROM PROTESTER FAMILIES LOSE SOCIAL SECURITY FUNDING

Today, thousands of people have been denied their retirement funds by "being traitors to the government," said Corridorian Economic Minister Howard Paul. This has caused thousands more people to struggle for food and medical care in the Huggie World as the Core Party continues its goal of stopping demonstrations all over the islands. However, the IPKO has started to send MREs to Corridorian civilians and will later send medicine and drinking water as well. The reason for these denials is likely linked to the past crimes committed by any of these elders. This is somewhat corrupt to deny based on past criminal history, but the Corridorian Government is working hard to ensure that these people can live a continuous, thriving life.

In Response to "The Carris Street Massacre," a march turned to hell after the Corridorian National Guard opened fire on a march near a private school campus, killing 127 and wounding 53, Talus has sent riot gear and machine guns to students in their struggle against the Corridorian government. "We are not funding death and Imperialism; we are funding a new government that does not kill its own civilians and doesn't use military force to enforce unfair laws," stated Nahamed Akvul, a Xentian government official and Civil Reformer. Many countries on the Huggyo Continent are anxious about a civil war erupting in the Corridor Islands, only waiting to see what will happen and to think about which side they will choose.

TALUS AND XENTUS QUESTION TREATMENT OF CORRIDORIAN CIVILIANS

Talus is considered a "Civil Reformer" by Xentus and itself, as such, due to recent protests against new education policies that make tuition in the Corridor Islands more expensive. These riots are getting out of control enough that other governments in the Bistol-Seam are starting to intervene. Thus, Talus and Xentus are considering sending aid to the protesters so that they can overthrow the Corridorian Government. The Huggie Union has responded to these potential threats, stating that the Corridorian government had "changed" and "should not be judged by Huggyo decisions in 2023." President Souza claimed, "The new tuition is necessary for economic strength within collegiate communities and by helping out their national economy, however. These new threats posed by Xentus and Talus are a classic textbook example of imperialism by spinning a small story and tiny protests into national unrest, evidencing an invasion."

IPKO REACHES FINAL VERDICT ON JAMES-TALISIAN MERGER

Today, the IPKO, the almighty force of the Huggie World, has reached a final decision on the James City, Talus, and Xentus merger: ABSOLUTELY NO! I mean it's not like the entire populations of all three countries voted 'Yes' on 'Should we merge?' right? Well...that's exactly what they did. To justify the IPKO, we understand. It's a big country that could be the new almighty force in the Huggie World, and they do come up with some good points. XENTIAN POLITICS RESUMING TO NORMAL

We have an inside scoop in Xentus following the bloody civil war, and we have found that Muntasir Mahmood's policies in Xentus are working to better the population through reform programs and to kickstart reconstruction throughout the country. With small forces of Huggie troops still present in Xentus, they are working with Deputy Secretary of Defense, Esme Watson, who was put in charge of the Xentian Task Force, which is a Huggie-recruited division, tirelessly to reconstruct the island of Xentus. There is a new political structure being formed within Xentus as well.
