Colis

Colis is the second largest country on the Huggie Continent. It is mostly flatland and desert, with oil rigs galore. It has the third-strongest military and the best generals in the Huggie World. Colis emerged in 1950 following its breakaway from the Huggie Empire and after Huggie World War 5. Before its breakaway, its area in the Huggie Union housed the creators of the Loquensh language. 

Etymology

Colis in the Galician language means parcel, but in ancient Shadistikan it means South of the Up. 

History

Despite being considered a "young" country, Colis has already fought in conflicts on the Huggie Continent. 

September 1950 - December 1950 Colis Huggie Union war

This was a second attempt at putting down the Colisian Rebels, though it failed due to the lack of conscripts in the Huggie Army after the large number of divisions and vehicles lost in their rebellion.

1969-1974 Huggie invasion of Colis 

This war was a complete failure during a period when there was a lack of a stable president in the Huggie Union. It was also when two generals in the Huggie Union retired, their replacements were trained well but lacked real experience in war.
