Shadow Union

The Union of Shadistikan Republics (Also referred to as the Shadow Union or the Union of the Snake) is a large country in the Shadow Continent bordering Tede to the north and the Niatnuom Republic to the South. The Shadow Union became a Union following the peaceful collapse of the Shadow Empire monarchy with King Iaona declaring himself as the official president of the Shadow Union. Jubilschmee Shadistikans arrived at the continent through a now sunken continent in the Bistol-Seam ocean called Bisealia.

History (Shadow Empire and Shadow Union)

The first human fossils found can be traced in data back to the Jubilschmee Shadistikans who arrived through the connection/landbridge between the now sunken continent called Bisealia. This was around 87 B.C. most likely. Then in 92 BC the first modern version of the Shadows came. They were called Shadistika. Shadistika was one of the global powers and the Shadistikans were ruled by Sir Leonardo Jung III who was extremely unpopular. Nothing really important at that time is known but something we do know is that Jung was taken into a basement, and he disappeared. In 94 BC and a large war that happened was known as “The First War” when the Shadistikans invaded the Smathtisians. For more documented information we have in 108 BC when the Jubilschmee's referred to themselves as the Swchedues (shWA-does) and wrote their famous textbook The Texts of Our Peoples which defined grammar, definitions, and words for the Ancient Shadistikan language now the backbone of the Loquensh and modern Shadistikan language. Tectonic plates started shifting in about 340 AD creating tons of islands in the Bistol-Seam and surrounding waters. The Shadow Empire was created in 897 by Joeffery Nukamsmat to unite the messy kingdoms. When the Huggie people fled the Shadow Empire the Shadistikans were upset that their civilians were leaving them and fleeing their country for another continent, so they set out on a journey to kidnap the people. When they arrived, Huggies opened fire on Shadistikan boats. This triggered the start of The Long War (1450-1593.) The war consisted of eighteen attempted conquests of the Huggies. The Huggies won. The Shadow Empire collapsed in 1768 which led to the creation of the Shadow Union. The Shadow Union was involved heavily in all Huggie World Wars.
