Huggiepedia

Huggiepedia is a free online encyclopedia about the Huggie Game. It was founded on November 15th 2023, within the Barrington Public Schools Google Sites ecosystem, and lasted until its takedown on December 20th, 2024. It was the first and only lasting project of the Huggiemedia Organization, with other side projects consisting of Huggiebooks, Huggievoyage (eventually merged into Huggiepedia), HuggieHow, and Huggiecommons. Huggiepedia was created by Liam Souza to share his fictional Huggie Union history and old fourth-grade in-person nationstates lore with fellow classmates, called the Huggie History Website (or HHW). During the time of the original Huggiepedia, it was widely regarded as the golden age of the Huggie Game. However, the principals decided the platform was not deemed appropriate for school and was taken down the day before winter break on December 20th, 2024. All of the lore that was on Huggiepedia was completely lost and refused to the students, who had to completely rewrite the website on low morale. Huggiepedia was then revived on private Google accounts in January 2025 and has been up since, with major lore expanded upon by user Benjamin Rounsaville.
